Terms of Service

Last updated: April 27, 2026

1. Entertainment & Analytics Tool

Aprobability (the “Service”) is an independent entertainment and statistical analytics tool. It analyzes publicly available historical lottery draw data to display frequency heatmaps and generate combinations using statistical weights. The Service is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. No Affiliation

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), Mega Millions, any state lottery, or any government agency. We do not sell lottery tickets and we cannot process or validate any official lottery play.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Historical frequency does not guarantee future results. Lottery outcomes are random. The Service does not predict winning numbers and makes no representation that any combination produced will result in a prize. Users acknowledge that any decision to purchase a lottery ticket is made solely at their own discretion and risk.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Service. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Accounts

  • The Service is currently offered free of charge during an open beta. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or paid tiers at this time.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • If paid features are introduced in the future, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you at checkout and an updated version of these Terms will be posted before those features become available.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with, reverse engineer, or commercially redistribute the analytics output without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the Service or any decision made based on the analytical content it displays, including but not limited to losses related to lottery participation.

8. Responsible Play

If lottery participation is causing you or someone you know harm, please reach out for help. In the United States you can contact the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
